During the batch import process in SAS Merchandise Allocation, incorrect validation error messages can be written to the maxdata.Alloc_Interface_Log table. When a file fails validation, every Source Parent Alloc ID field that is part of the same thread is written to the table, even for files that do not fail validation. This issue is likely to happen when the validation for the Hold Quantity or Ship Quantity columns is not divisible by the ship pack quantity.
To help eliminate the writing of incorrect data to the maxdata.Alloc_Interface_Log table, you should validate the Hold Quantity and Ship Quantity columns before you import the files.
A fix for this issue is planned for a later release of the software.
